How many diets have failed you? 

If you've dieted, exercised, lost weight and regained it, I can relate! It's not a great feeling to realize the weight you promised yourself you would never regain, is back. The thing is, dieting was never going to be the answer to loving yourself. Have you ever looked at an old picture of yourself and thought, "Man, I looked great!" but when you think back to the time that picture was taken, you know that you still wanted to be smaller. We are never thin enough, smooth enough, or lean enough for diet culture. That's why I want to help you ditch dieting and learn to love yourself as you are. Together we can mend your relationship with your body, food and movement.

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am an anti diet personal trainer and certified intuitive eating counselor. I spent my whole life trying to shrink myself until I learned about intuitive eating and was able to mend my relationship with food and my body. Now it is my goal and passion to help you do the same!

WHAT IS INTUITIVE EATING AND WHY SHOULD I LEARN ABOUT IT?

Intuitive eating is a self care framework based off of ten principles. It is evidence based and has over 130 studies to back it up. Intuitive eating has been around since the 90s but has started getting more main stream attention recently especially from social media.

To me, intuitive eating is not just a philosophy about eating or a self care framework, it's also a movement to change a fatphobic society that has been misled on what true health is.
